Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identification customer requirement and need analysis
- Solution Design align with customer needs and ensure the design meets quality, scalability, security, and compability with customer existing system
- Coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders, which consists of Internal Team (Sales & Technical Team), Principal, Distributor and Customer
- Create documentation of Solution Proposal / Tender and Solution Presentation
- Present solution to customer
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends to ensure the solution design and solution transfer knowledge delivered well to customer
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in field of solution architecture
- Having technical certification related to security, networking, cloud, servers, and storage is a plus
- In-depth understanding of IT Architecture, Sizing Solution, Integration technologies (Server, Storage, Cloud, Backup & Replication, Network, Security)
- Strong communication skills to bridge business and technical capability
- Excellent presentation skill
- Self-driven and have a passion to make things work
- Team player who understands that the strength of the team is the sum of all individual
- Meticulous and strong in execution of directives from the management team
- Willing to travel
- Contractual basis
