Account Manager
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales activity for IT Solutions
- Build relationship with new customer and/or maintain relationship with existing customer
- Finding, creating opportunity, develop prospective leads to be qualified opportunities, negotiating, monitoring contract implementation and customer satisfaction
- Offer solution to customers by study and evaluate customers problem
- Maintain project funnel in project portfolio system
- Managing internal coordination among technical, project management, product specialist and the customer
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunication, Industrial, Marketing or related field
- Familiar with IT industry and/or essential sales skill
- Good attitude, interpersonal and negotiation skill
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to operate computer / laptop, Ms. Office and e-mail
- Willing to travel
- Contractual basis
